Hypnotic Induction

Feel free to relax deeply as you listen to my voice. Do you want to be in a soothed state? You can take yourself right there if you want to. To begin: take deep breaths and go further in to relaxation. Where is that for you? Picture yourself in that place relaxing. When I snap my fingers you are going to have fun in that place you are picturing yourself in. It can be whatever you want. (Snap). Go deeper if you want to, or further in to that place in your mind. When you are done on this level picture the door to the next part opening. Upon getting to the next area consider relaxing. What are the whereabouts here? (Snap.)
